ANZ are putting First Home Buyers First
With the recent increases in interest only rates, Blackburne Mortgage Broking share four ways you can avoid the rate hike!
Housing affordability and the ability to get a kick start into the housing market for the first home buyer is not getting any easier. But ANZ Bank are doing their bit to alleviate this with the recent announcement of a $1,000 rebate at settlement to assist in covering the conveyancing fees for those purchasing their first home.
To qualify it’s pretty straight forward. Purchasers firstly must be eligible to receive the First Home Owners Grant or stamp duty concessions, must be applying for at least $250,000 and the loan must be drawn by 31 March 2018. That’s probably the easiest $1,000 you will ever make!
As a lender, ANZ also stacks up as a sound choice no matter your banking requirements. Firstly, their Simplicity Plus Home loan is a very popular option for the First Home Buyer as it’s a basic, no frills option. Alternatively, their Breakfree Package is aimed at the mortgage holder looking at bundling all their banking products to save money. Either way there are a variety of lending products which your Blackburne Mortgage Broker will be able to navigate you through to assist in making the right choice.
